Research for strategic transformation of auto manufacturers based on the Low Carbon Economy
The research is aiming to explore the low carbon road for auto manufacturing enterprise. It introduced the concept of low carbon economy, and analyzed China automobile manufacturing enterprise developing low carbon economy status using the method of SWOT. Constructed the conceptual model of strategic transformation of auto manufacturing enterprise from the perspective of low carbon economy: taking low carbon strategic as pivot, taking “people, finance and material as longitude, taking “produce, supply and sale as latitude, longitude and attitude are interaction. The auto manufacturing enterprise strategy transformation from the perspective of low carbon economy was divided three levels: The company strategy low carbonization transformation, the competition strategy low carbonization transformation and functional strategy low carbonization transformation. And it was divided into “produce, supply and sale low carbonation and “people, finance and material two dimensions. This paper analyzed the key path of strategic transformation of auto manufacturing enterprise from the perspective of production low carbonation, process low carbonization and “supply and sale low carbonization: developing new energy vehicles, implementing systemic green manufacturing and promoting components remanufacturing.
