Research on the Mode of Putting TPS in Enterprises Practice

摘要：

The article describes an implementation mode of Toyota Production System (TPS), there are four stages in the mode: Lean Evaluation, Quality Kaizen, Efficiency Kaizen and Production Kaizen. The article describes the concepts the activities the tools and the targets used in each stage. As basis of TPS, a new application of 5S is developed to use, and the way is easier to be understood and implemented. The article analyzes the application of different tools and activities in the TPS implementation mode, and brings out an implementation mode for TPS.
