Cost Control of Digitalized Factories

摘要：

By analyzing the features of Digitalized Factries(DF) and the main distinction between the DF and traditional manufacturing, the paper analyzed aspects of DF, which including the low cost running in cost design, cost control of production and management, networked marketing, digital supply chain and cost management of information systems. And the paper discussed more scientific measure to continually reduce the operational cost of DF.
