On the Control of Chinese Total Energy Consumption

摘要：

Based on expounding the rapid increase of Chinese total energy consumption which broke through the goal of our national plan repeatedly, this paper analyzes its main reasons in-depthly. We must control the amount of energy consumption for four aspects, such as the storage of energy resources, environmental protection, structural adjustment and energy security. Countermeasures are also put forward accordingly to actualize the total amount control of energy consumption.
