Study on Production Management Mode Based on The JIT Delivery-Oriented in Automobile Parts Enterprises

摘要：

According to the concept and characteristics of JIT Delivery-oriented..combined with the thinking of supply chain and value chain management, the primary and secondary activities which impact JIT Delivery-oriented in Automobile Parts enterprises are analyzed in this paper. And production management mode based on the JIT Delivery-oriented in Automobile Parts enterprises is constructed. The mode was implemented in an automobile parts enterprise, and achieved good results.
