Product Lifecycle Oriented Quality Management System for Supply Chain

摘要：

For the dynamic and variable environment of supply chain, how to assure product quality in the total prouduct lifecycle within the operating process of supply chain, is a difficult problem that a supply chain enterprise must face. A new quality managememt mode is proposed, which constructs and runs product lifecycle oriented quality management system for supply chain, integrated several key enabling technologies such as collaborative quality design, intelligent process quality control and product lifecycle oriented quality evaluation. Finally, the prototype system of intelligent process quality control is developed by applying the development mode of JSP+Servlet and the network function interface of Java and Matlab, which was introduced as an example of some Heavy Machinery Ltd to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the method.
