Research on Quality Control of Ship Painting Based on Improved Scatter Plot
The core question in quality management is the quality control to improve satisfaction. The improved scatter plot is put forward to make up for the limited analysis of two factors in scatter plot, through which the location, related process and frequency of defects can be found easily and intuitively, it is positive to improve quality management. Taking painting in shipbuilding as a case to analyze, the results show that it can effectively improved the quality of work, reduce costs and shorten production cycle of ships through using of the improved scatter plot.
