Study on Service Management Innovation of Service Outsourcing Enterprise Based on Knowledge Value Chain
With the rapid development of new economy era, knowledge management and service management innovation is the competitive advantage of soft power. Based on the knowledge value chain theory and the characteristics of the service outsourcing enterprises, the paper builds service management innovation model based on knowledge value chain, and analyze how to use knowledge management theory to guide service outsourcing enterprises practice, as well as make a detailed classification concerning the innovation capability of service outsourcing enterprise.
