Reconfigurable Manufacturing Unit Formation Technique Based on Threestage Method

摘要：

The article is based on a certain practical production problem of Transmission Co., Ltd.It provides the mathematical description of reconfigurable manufacturing unit formation technology and use IDEF0 for functional analysis. This paper puts forward three-stage method for building units: The first stage is building process route by improving the model of gray-equipment selection model. The second stage is building costs-equipment distribution model based on minimization of cost. The third stage is building heuristics to the balance of unit load.
