Research on Promotion Strategies and Approaches of Core Competence for Construction Enterprises Based on Delta Model
This paper analyzes the evolution of strategic management analysis model and puts forward core competitiveness strategy in construction enterprises is comprehensive system that includes three connotations: best product, total customer solution, system lock-in. The strategy combinations and approaches of core competitiveness are proposed in this paper based on delta model finally.
