This paper established the special steel enterprises, mathematical model of order to optimize the aim of the maximization of enterprise long-term benefits, which optimizes the customers, satisfy the requirements of customers, and the key of full consideration of the enterprise, and all constraint factors in a special steel enterprise applications.
