Innovative Resources within Industrial Clusters: How They Are Agglomerated and Diffused

摘要：

This paper reviews the definition of innovative enterprises, innovative clusters and innovation resources. Then it develops four mechanisms about the impact of innovative enterprises to innovative clusters on the agglomeration of innovative resources. It also analyzes four pathways for innovative enterprises to affect the diffusion of innovative resources. Finally, it proposes three policy recommendations to help to foster the development of innovative clusters.
