Systematic Analysis of the Construction of Basic Shared Technology for Modern Enterprise
The paper explore and summarize the education content of the basic shared technology of the modern enterprise in the contemporary. According to the principles and the methods of system engineering, the basic shared technology of the modern enterprise can be separated into four subject, design technology, manufacturing technology, management technology, and information technology. Their research subjects respectively are design system, manufacturing system, management system, and information system, namely, four subsystems of a manufacturing enterprise. Thus the content of the basic shared technology of the modern enterprise are divided to four basic embranchments: advanced design system (ADS), advanced manufacturing system (AMS), advanced management system, and information system. Information technology has become the basic tools of industrial engineering. This paper gives mark graph of the basic shared technology in the development process of the modern enterprise based on the information technology, the content system graph of ADS and AMS. The ADS has a three dimension orthogonal system consisting of object; time and method. The AMS has a three levels structure consisted of manufacturing system, manufacturing mode and manufacturing technology. New models of advanced design system and advance manufacturing system have already been used for content system of ADVANCED DESIGN SYSTEM and ADVANCED MANUFACTURING SYSTEM that are the books of national level of Chinas “Eleventh Five-Year Program Textbook. And the latter is evaluated as the “Exquisite Opus Textbook in the national level of Chinas “Eleventh Five-Year Program.
