Research on the Influence of Employer Brand on Enterprise Core Competence: a Case Study on Doosan (China) Financial Leasing Corp.

This paper introduces the related concepts of employer brand and enterprise core competence and avails of theoretical analysis methods to discuss the influence of employer brand on enterprise core competence. The interview method and questionnaire method are combined to research on Doosan (China) Financial Leasing Corp.. And then summarizes its characteristics of superior employer brand and the influence of superior employer brand on enterprise core competence. Based on the theoretical analysis and the case study bringing forward the superior employer brand is of great significance to promote enterprise core competence. The final part discusses the cultivation of employer brand in the present Chinese enterprises and explores the approaches which are fit for Chinese enterprises to cultivate superior employer brand and promote their core competences.
