Rapid Fabrication of Periodic Microstructures by Interfered Femtosecond Pulses on Graphene Sheet

A simple and efficient femtosecond laser pulses interference method for patterning graphene is demonstrated. The one-and two-dimensional periodic microstructures, including the one-dimensional graphene micro-ribbons and two-dimensional graphene micromeshes, have been fabricated on the surface of graphene sheet by different laser interference beams. In addition, the periodic square and rhombus graphene microgrids are fabricated by double-exposure of two-beam interference technique.
