A design for solar anti-reflection coating with self-cleaning function
The use condition is taken into consideration in the design for solar antireflection film, which not only reduces the reflectivity of the material surface, but also achieves a self-cleaning function. With the transmission maintained, the change in the profile of the surface will increase the contact angle, which indicates that the surface reaches the superhydrophobic, which ensures that the solar cell can keep high efficiency energy transformation. The design has been completed within the spectrum 300nm~1200nm which can be used for solar cell. Its principal target is to keep the average reflection below 0.5% and increase the contact angle sufficient. The laser interference lithography which is low cost and efficient is also evaluated to see whether it can be used for manufacturing of the solar cell.
