High-Performance Whispering Gallery Microcavities Fabricated by Direct Laser Writing

摘要：

We demonstrate that high-performance polymer whispering gallery microcavities can be directly written by twophoton polymerization of zirconium/silicon hybrid sol-gel. The quality factors of the fabricated microcavities are up to 1.48×105 limited by the material absorption.
