Micromanipulator for Inspection of Shafts Coating with Nano Components
A manipulator for inspection of coatings of renovating shafts is designed. The manipulator is a part of robotised systems for inspections of coatings with high mechanical wear-resistance and surface-smoothness for renovation of the working area of shafts for extruding sheet material (PVC, Plexiglas, other plastics) by laying and polishing of new types of highly wear-resistant coatings based on ultra disperse nickel coatings with nano-dispersoids and/or nano-particles included. Experimental results are presented. Three and four links manipulation mechanism with actuator links for the shafts coatings inspection are proposed. Also the proposed manipulators can be used for another type of micro-nano technological operations such as cell injection, inspections of chips, etc. The accessible areas of manipulators are defined analytically and graphically. The results obtained are illustrated with appropriate examples. In order to choose appropriate geometry and material virtual models of the manipulator for coating shafts are made. Also simulations of displacement and stress due to driving forces of actuators are performed.
