Application of Acoustic Emission (AE) Technique in gantry crane main metal structure safety assessment
This paper is engaged in acquire crack acoustic emission signal by means of the gantry crane main metal structure typical manufacturing materials tensile test, and combination of the gantry crane which was made in 11 years ago actual conditions of using, Select suitably acoustic emission testing probe and design fit detection schemes for gantry crane testing, and received good testing result. This test undoubtedly proides important basis for the gantry crane metal structure safety assessment.
