The evaluation of the construction degree of Dalian technology innovation system based on fuzzy Borda method

摘要：

The urban technology innovation system is an important driving force of urban development, this article evaluates the construction degree of Dalian technology innovation system form four aspects: Organization construction, market mechanism, power mechanism and support system. First, based on these four aspects the author establish an evaluation index system; Second, build the evaluation model of the construction degree of Dalian technology innovation system; finally, use the result of survey carry on a case study of Dalians technology innovation system.
