The Synergy between Technology Scouting and Open Innovation

摘要：

The article extended the connotation and common modes of technology scouting under open innovation paradigm. After that, technology scouting in open innovation enterprises was discussed. Then, taking knowledge abundance and knowledge importance as assorting criteria, a two-dimension classification matrix for scouting objects was built. Finally, in view of characteristics in different quadrants, a synergic framework between technology scouting and open innovation was constructed.
