Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability:Compare among Different Forms of Ownership in Chinese Enterprises

摘要：

This article compares and analyzes the size, R&D intensity, R&D efficiency of Chinese enterprises with various forms of ownership. The article also analyzes the major difficulties that prevents Chinese enterprises from further Scientific and Technological innovation and suggests relevant strategies to solve the issues.
