The comprehensive evaluation of vocational education quality in rural human resource development
This paper constructs the evolution index system of vocational education in rural human resource development (RHRD) and then exposits the principle and steps that use the factor analysis method to evaluate the quality of vocational education in RHRD. On that basis, the paper takes Ningbo province as a example and does an empirical analysis on the quality of vocational education in RHRD of Ningbo province during 2005 and 2009. The research result shows that the factor analysis is a better objective evaluation method which is suitable to do a comprehensive evaluation on the quality of vocational education. And this empirical result has positive significance for the relevant government departments to improve the quality of vocational education and develop the rural human resources.
