StaffsPerceptions Towards Hotel Organizational Career Management in Hangzhou

This study examined StaffPerceptions toward Hotel Organizational Career Management in Hangzhou city. Results of factor analysis indicate that hotel organizational career management can be demonstrated by four dimensions: fair promotion, paying attention to training, career self-cognitive and information transparency. Generally speaking, foreign-owned hotel has an advantage over the other two types of hotels in these four dimensions. And its organizational career management has more positive influence on Staff behavior.
