The Progress and Future Directions of Social Stratification in the scientific community

摘要：

Many scholars focus their research interest on the problem of social stratification. This paper reviews the theoretical and empirical literatures on stratification in science and then gives the future research directions：Study this topic from different perspectives；Pay more attention to the effect factors for the scientific and technological personnel flowing from the lower levels to the higher levels and adopt appropriate motivation measures.
