A competency model of R&D personnel in High-tech manufacturing enterprises
Taking high-tech manufacturing R & D personnel as an example, this paper established the competency model of high-tech manufacturing R & D personnel and validated the model. The model consists 22 competencies of 5 dimensions.The result of the study provide theoretical support for optimizing human resources management of the high-tech manufacturing enterprises based on competency of R & D personnel.
