Multi-dimensional structure and Measurement Of Relational Embeddedness:Evidence from Chinese New Ventures

摘要：

Based on studies of the theoretical logic of dimensions of network competence, this paper explored the structural dimensions and measurement of relational embeddedness using samples from Chinese enterprises. Results show that according to corporate network function relational embeddedness can be divided into three dimensions which are vertical network relational embeddedness, supporting network relational embeddedness and competing network relational embeddedness. Through optimization and refining of the measurement scale of network competence, this study provides the operable basis to local measurement of relational embeddedness in the Chinese context.
