An Empirical Research on Hotel Employee Satisfaction Based on Factor Analysis ——A Case Study of Changjiang Hotel

Hotel employee satisfaction has been the focus of hotel management,20 variable factors which affect employee satisfaction are achieved by analyzing employee satisfaction of Changjiang hotel. These variable factors are analysed by SPSS, Five factors are extracted by factor analysis, including work environment, incentives, work intensity, career planning, job stress,reliability analysed followed. Then the evaluation model of employee satisfaction of Changjiang hotel is constructed on the basis of empirical analysis. Finally, the suggestions how to improve employee satisfaction are proposed at the base of empirical research so as to strengthen the management, and promote the quality of hotel service. These are several measures for hotel to improve the employee satisfaction so as to provide high quality services for guests.
