Problems and Suggestions On Human Resources Development of China Enterprise

To improve effectiveness on human resource development of china enterprises, this paper adopts literature method, deductive reasoning method, and empirical analysis etc, systematically analysis problem on human resources development of china enterprise. It reaches problems that china enterprises resource development exist human resources plan undeserved, content single, basic function missing, development subject single etc. Then, it puts forward suggestions that china enterprises should take measures: strengthen theoretical study, comprehensive understanding of human resource development, setting up modern human resources development idea, building all-round development main body etc.
