Argument on Human Resources Management Guided by Autonomy Innovation
The essay argues simply on motivity of enterprise autonomy innovation. It analyses the duty and function of human resources management in enterprise autonomy innovation, from two aspects—inspiring and maintaining innovation power, and training and developing innovation quality of subject. It proposes innovation direction of human resources management and analyses human resources management tactics for autonomy innovation guidance in the light of certain enterprise examples.
