Analysis & Optimization on Employee Performance Assessment Indicator System in Xuzhou Coal Mining Group
Xuzhou Coal Mining Group is the large provincial state-owned coal enterprise groups. Its performance assessment did not realize full coverage, pertinence and clarity of assessment indicator are not high, lack of quantification and weight distribution and other issues in terms of employee performance assessment. To optimize the performance indicator of Xuzhou Coal Mining Group, scientific steps should be taken to the formulation to develop targeted performance evaluation indicator system. Indicator system should be clear, weight differently according to different job requirements, cover all employees and other measures to improve the validity and reliability of the performance assessment and achieve organizational goals.
