The Theoretical Deduction of Implicit Human Capitals Transaction
Personal and organizational implicit human capital could be effectively transformed into each other and this process is the basic key aspects of knowledge-based economy. Each person the subject of the implicit human capital is the source of value creation. And the organizational implicit human capital is the amplifier of the productivity. Personal implicit human capital transform into the dominant capital is the key factor of personal or organizational success. In this paper, we will make the assumptions of the factors of implicit human capital transformation based on the Literature analysis.
