Examine the Proposition That the Japanese System of HRM is Moving Closer to the Anglo-American Model in the Postwar Period
The report characterizes the Japanese HRM model, and analyses the reasons for the key transformations occurring in the model with comparison with the Anglo-American model to investigate whether or not the Japanese HRM model is moving towards the Anglo-American model in the postwar period.
