Research on the Psychological Contract Development of Chinese Employee
This research divided the career of Chinese Employee into four stages under the two dimensions of age and psychological career status. Adopting the three-dimension structure of psychological contract, research on both organization responsibilities and employee responsibilities of the Chinese employees are conducted in three dimensions: interpersonal responsibilities, development responsibilities and criterion responsibilities. Development rules of the three items of both organization responsibilities and employee responsibilities are found and then differentiated and analyzed.
