Cost Imitation and Instant Decision Based on Speed Competition
Due to the changes in the business environment, it requires dynamic strategy and new source of competitive advantage, it needs to predict the trend of cost and market objectively, and respond quickly to change. This paper discusses the method of cost imitation and expands cost category based on the theory of speed competition, and finally puts forward how to build a dynamic competition mechanism of instant decision.
