Research of Construction Enterprises Incentive Strategies on the New Generation of Migrant Workers with Fuzzy Preference Relation Models
The new generation of migrant workers will soon become the main force in the construction labor market, but now their will of engaging in construction industry is not very high. This paper is based on Maslows hierarchy of needs, put the corresponding incentive strategies, use Fuzzy preference relation models, combine the present situation and characteristics of construction enterprises, obtain the most effective incentive strategies on the new generation of migrant workers of construction enterprises, improve the social security system and enhance the skill training.
