Analyze On the Forecasting Demand of Front-line Worker in logistics industry
With the fast development of logistics, the logistics in our country is still in seedtime. How to boost competition becomes the problem each company must face to. This paper introduces the application of the call center into the logistics. Call center, as a bridge linking all companies and customers, can realize the integration of the customer resources and information flow and ultimately strengthen the companys competition. The importance of personnel forecast was pointed out in this paper. Comparative analyses through instances between several methods of personnel forecast were expounded by the author.
