Empirical Study of Lean Production in Rationalization of Equipment Layout

摘要：

Based on the management situation of the D company and the model of cellular equipment layout, the improvement plan for D company is proposed. Through the study and waste analysis about the current equipment layout plan, this paper introduces 3 alternative plans and then confirms the final desired plan by comparing and analyzing. The final plan has been applied in D company to make improvement and the result of the data indicates that the project has a desired improvement. Moreover, the plan provides a reference value to similar companies.
