Use Postponement Strategy to Control Ordering Modification Risk for Collaborative Production Scheduling in Supply Chain

摘要：

This paper selects the ordering modification risk as a study point, which has a significant impact on the overall efficiency of the supply chain. First, it pointed out the causes of ordering modification risk, analyzed the role of postponement strategy in supply chain management, then proposed risk control measures by using postponement strategy, and the process of risk management. Finally, by the application of postponement strategy in a clothing enterprise, we can see that postponement strategy can effectively control ordering modification risk for collaborative production scheduling in supply chain.
