Research on Emergency Capability Management Model of Industrial Enterprises in China

摘要：

With the aim of avoiding negative impacts generated by traditional qualitative management model, the model on emergency capability is suggested to be transformed to a quantitative management model. Based on emergency capability quantification, Quality Function Deployment is applied to establish a quantitative model on emergency capability. With “data-based management concept, this paper establishes a quantitative management model on emergency capability.
