Multinational Company Talent Localization Strategy Transformation and Enlightenment
Based on comprehensive analysis method , researches are carried out on the multinational companies talent localization strategy ,from the talent localization levels, talent cultivation, the usage quality of the talent localization , the multinational companys talent localization strategy transformation trends are discussed and the conclusion obtained: in order to get gradually improve the multinational company personnel localization levels, researches are conducted on senior strategic management personnel. To win the battle of the talent localization, it shall pay much attraction on youth elites. To get the quality improvement of the Talent localization , the advantages of the commanding heights of the science and technology shall be taken to control and grasp the initiative for patent. Then it is proposed that Chinese enterprise shall take on the internationalization path, and learn the experience from multinational company personnel localization.
