SWOT Analysis of Industry Development Strategy in Yingkou
It is the realistic demand to speed up the industrial structure optimization as a response to the worldwide economic and social development. Yingkou City is the fastest growing region in recent years, and great potential for future development in Liaoning Province. Through analysis of the opportunities, threats, strengths and the weaknesses in the industry development in Yingkou, we should utilize advantages, seize the opportunity to change the mode of economic development, advance industry optimization and upgrading, enhance industry competitive power, and achieve the scientific development goals.
