Study on China Real Estate Price Bubble:Will it Burst Soon?

摘要：

The focus of this paper is to provide an answer to the question whether China real estate price bubble will burst soon. Comparing with the USA real estate prices, this study describes China real estate prices, analyses factors, and concludes that China real estate price bubble will not burst soon.
