Fuzzy Evaluation of Heilongjiang Coal Enterprise Financing Efficiency
Financing is a capital allocation process, the financing efficiency determines the capital allocation efficiency, affects the enterprise operating efficiency. In order to discuss the present situation of Heilongjiang coal enterprise financing efficiency, The paper established a factor set composed of capital cost, cash utilize efficiency, freedom degree of financing entity, normalization of financing mechanism, capital repayment capability and evaluated Heilongjiang coal enterprise financing efficiency with fuzzy mathematics method，and pointed out that it is in the middle level, and needs to improve further. And it proposed some measures to improve financing efficiency from the aspects of supply and demand.
