Research on Leadership and Motivation Impact on SASs Individual and Organizational Performance
With the identification of SAS strategy, “Organizational Behavior and Analysis(OB and A) theories, models and concepts are used to critically analyze structure and culture characteristic of SAS, as well as the impact of this on its strategy, people and organizational performance. Also, some theories covered HRM/D are used to critically analyze HRM/D of SAS and to identify how it could be improved to support organizational individual performance. Finally, as a result of the synthesis of theory and organizational analysis, some suggestions for SAS future strategies development and HRM improvement are explored in order to enhance SAS organizational and individual performance.
