Case study of analyzing the brand strategy implementation of Zhengzhou Yu tong Bus Co.,Ltd.

This article focuses on the implementation tactic for brand strategy of Zhengzhou Yu tong Bus Co., Ltd. Based on analyzing on the implementation of its brand strategy, we get the following conclusions: (1)Business should subdivide market to locate brand accurately;(2)Business should use marketing innovation as implementation path of business brand strategy;(3)Sustaining technique innovations are life of business brand strategy;(4)Business should set up corporate culture to embody the brand worth of business;(5)Brand maintenances are the keys of business brand strategy.
