The Analysis of Management Personnel Working Pressure Relief Strategy Based on EAP System
Management Personnel is distinguish from the general employee, is not only the executor of the management function such as planning, organizing, coordinating and control, but also the direct decision maker to reasonably distribute and coordinate the resources within the organization. Their special status and the constantly changing circumstances may easily lead the management personnel to the situation of overpressure. EAP is one of the successful theories to deal with the working pressure of management personnel. This paper based on the system of EAP, combined with the character of the management personnel pressure, proposes the relief strategy of management personnel.
