Urban environmental managements objective choice based on multi-attribute decision method:economic development or environmental protection
How to make a rational choice between economic development and environmental protection must be the first problem to be answered in urban environmental management. In this article, the problem is analyzed by multi-attribute decision method. In analysis, it will probe into the determination of decision-making set and attributes set based on the detailed problems that objective choice will face to. The article also illuminate the application of multi-attribute decision method throught a real case. The research conclusion is that, using multi-attribute decision method, we can find the best objective solution which can take all parties benefits into account. The choice will decide the policy tropism about urban environmental management in the next period of time.
