Economic Effects of Carbon-tariff Barrier
With the global climate warming, people are more concerned about climate issues, so that carbon-tariff barrier, as a new green trade barrier, become the forefront of research in the field of trade issues. In this paper, the economic effects of carbon tariff barrier, including the effects of exporting country, importing country, international trade commodity structure were analyzed. By the analysis, we can conclude that the implementation of carbon-tariff barrier will bring adverse influence on both exporter and importer.
