Public Participation in the Consultative System for River Management

摘要：

As the economy continues to develop, peoples living standards have been improving, Chinas river management technology has greatly changed, in order to manage the increasingly complex problems of river management better, the Government should increase public participation in decisionmaking areas. This paper analyzes the current status of national public participation and deep reasons related to public participation. And make consultative and advisory system for river management, rights and measures.
